Hi, How much does Irvine Pacific charge to setup a 220V connection in the garage? -- Is it easy to setup the connection after closing?

Thanks.

I don't remember exactly how much it cost  but it is one of those thing that I regret I didn't get it done through the builder.

I believe it is cheaper or about the same price through the IP then 3rd party electrician.  It is not that hard to setup after closing by an experience electrician but it might requires open couple  holes through the drywall.

Like all the electrical stuff, I would recommend get it done through the builder (Irvine Pacific).

Got a change to look through the design center option list and found the price for 220v outlet.  It's only $525 but the price for different IP's track might be slightly different.
