So I googled "portisol cal pac" and came across this site:

I believe they were the audio/central vacuum/security installers for many builders in the Irvine area. I see Portisol, Bowen Court, Montecito, iPacs, Sagewood, Sonoma, etc. Not sure how useful it is to know the speaker layouts, security panels, etc., but the access to floorplans is nice!
