Anyone else think that giving 1 bike to each household is kinda weird? At least give 2 bikes/house, so that a couple or the kids or a parent and kid could go biking together. It's a minimal cost increase (relative to the cost of the house being purchased) but I don't really see a purpose being served with just a single bike unless it's merely to get buzz.
