Somehow, for 700 grand, I don't expect to have my trash can sit out in the kitchen, nor the microwave to sit on the counter. I also find it jarring to see $5 plastic garden furniture.
Seems a sad commentary that you can "afford" 700 large for the house, but not some nicer garden furniture.
