[IHB] Open House Review: 27 Ensueno West

Very nice remodel... don't like the wood floors upstairs... but everything else is great.

Although... this is one of those outside doesn't match the inside homes.
 
gorgeous kitchen.  agree that i don't like the step-down living room.

as an allergy sufferer, i do like wood floors in the bedrooms!

but $850k, and the bathrooms are all original?  seems a tad ambitious.
 
Ikea cabinets (see Stat doors & Perfekt shelving) in an $850k house. Imagine that. In this price range, I'd expect to see at least Master Brand, Kraft Maid, etc.
