I'd take a 1981 JM Peters built home over a new IP house.  Really well built homes and quality of construction really shines in Landings I and II homes.  Plus prime location near lake and no one backing, elementary and middle school, 15 minute walk to high school (10 if you're willing to climb a short wall).  If it wasn't for a hostage/murder situation, I'm sure 8 Rainstar would have gone in similar fashion...

Yeah, can't argue with that. I suppose I just really like the great room style of the newer homes and don't care so much for the living/dining/kitchen being separated by walls.
