wow, $1.2M for a townhouse?  a nicely renovated townhouse, but a townhouse nonetheless.

It's a Single Family Residence with a shared wall according to the listing details. Some Northwood houses are like that too- I remember profiling one with a shared wall, and a tandem garage.
