[IHB] New Features in the Works for the Orange County Great Park

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
I know that The Great Park gets poo-poo'ed sometimes but I'm a fan and have high hopes of what it'll eventually look like.  The Halloween and Anniversary events are already very successful (albeit very crowded, but it's free).  I hope it'll be on par or better than Balboa and Central Park one day and not get derailed by greed or politics.

I thought those were for the middle school.

Incidentally... one of the courts at my kid's elementary was raised to 10ft level... I wonder why... too much IHO dunking?
