Saw 102 Chula this weekend. Same reaction to the multiple levels. Totally impractical. Would rather stay in our smaller 2BD apartment.

Rule # 1 is to choose the detached over attached if both are priced similarly. The liability and legal issues with an attached home could hinder the owner from listing it. I would not want to buy 55 Meadow Valley either even though it is a great house. This house in my opinion is the best of all detached condos built.

Attached is the only way we'll be able to afford Irvine right now.

Because I know what I buried under the foundation. The purpose of a post tensioned slab is no coring allowed.
