Northpark Square is claiming to be Northpark. Northpark has a higher comp. So is Woodbury and Woodbury East.

Yeah, that's the problem with how these areas are set up in MLS.  It would be much more accurate to get those areas separated (same with Northwood, NW Pointe, NW II).

They have already set up Woodbury East as an additional area on MLS.  They also set up Stonegate and Stonegate East too.

Ahh cool.  Now we just need everyone who enters that info in the listing to enter it correctly.

Shady Canyon is not an option, you'll have to code it as Turtle Rock (that's the area the Shady Canyon homes are under).
