[IHB] Fly Already, It?s the Airport Area!

ive been having trouble with TI on my iphone when im on 4G (ATT's version, not LTE) - it tries to load then fails, say problem 503 or something like that. then i hit refresh right after the first failure then it loads fine. at home though, with the wifi, it loads fine on the iphone. anyone else experiencing that?
Some of the mid- and high-rise condos have been changing their policies on what is included. Previously they'd included water in their HOA dues, but are now separately metering and billing each unit individually. As of 1/1/13 I know that Avenue1 has changed to individual billing, partially as a result of owners' outcry over high dues.
Owners choose what to cover (and not cover) for each separate HOA, according to their own bylaws and participation.
On a side note, I haven't yet had any issues in loading TI this morning from my office desktop...

CZ you thinking about selling your place? I'm real close in selling mine since my move in is around the corner.
Not right now. But if find a better place, we will.
You are not renting it out? All the homes are renting fast, and at a good rate..
Did you list already? There is only one comp in the market right now..and I don't really like the vibes of that. Something is off with that property.
I will probably need the cash flow for another investment I am working on and do not want my money tied up right now.
I may end up listing it in a month or so.. hopefully the market is still how it is right now.

Well, the beige box is really hurt by your remarks and wants a formal apology. Beach facing home that side of OC is always nice, unless you want Bart to be a cookie cutter child with Music/Math/Marital Arts and some sports to boost. (That is not easy for the child and the parent- it's expensive, it takes a lot of work, and one dedicated tiger mother)
Irvine will not miss anyone, because there is more that wants to be a part of this culture than the ones that want to get out of it... :/
ditto here, iPoop 4s fails to load TI over 3g... reloads work after a few tries.. at home over wifi no probs
glad to know its not just me. thought something was wrong with my phone (4S)

weird, I'm having trouble viewing the IHB at work now.. 
What's this about?? The high rise buildings?? I've actually been looking at a few of the Airport Area condos for a friend of mine.. The amenities are pretty good but the HOA's are so darn high... I guess that's why the amenities are nice eh.. Does the HOA cover water, electric, trash too? lol

My guess is that there will be probably slightly more listings, but there is plenty of buyer demand out there to pick up the extra supply so should be no problem.homer_simpson said:

To tell you the truth... I lost interest in living in Irvine... if it wasn't for my wife I would be in Laguna Beach...

Hmmm... my iPhone 4 was working with TI over 3G (but then again... I use Chrome, not Safari).
