CZ: How did you determine those properties are "Coming soon"?
From what I've seen... a foreclosure does not always equate with being put on the market any time soon.

IHO, if you observe the past few foreclosures, it's taken then 2-3 months to come to market as regular sales (or are they REOs even though there is no such board?).
To the person who left comment on the blog : the homes were foreclosed in the auctions, but they will be on the market. Most of them are flipped for a quick profit.
