Yeah... so these particular Irvine prices don't seem that "destroyed" to me. What makes these drop less than other ones?

Yeah... so these particular Irvine prices don't seem that "destroyed" to me. What makes these drop less than other ones?

I agree WBD. I've been looking  :D
 
Irvine homes - some are older some are newer- but they all range about $700,000.
I was surprised to see a condo for over a million in a run down apartment complex- -lol -only the inside looked good- the outside was ridiculous-
I would rather buy a beach front property for that. :)
