NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
with 25,000 more low income ghetto homes yet to be built, Irvine will become the next slum (e.g santa ana; anaheim; stanton) of OC. Maybe even worse. Within a few years Irvine will have over 35,000 low income units resulting in about 70,000 low income people which is about 1/3 of the population in Irvine. I am moving out of this city ASAP!!!
