I like these reviews of the new home tracts.

Thanks, we linked to them online for Roundtree. I'll check on Springhouse. We haven't had any copyright issues with floorplans. We had scanned many in the past and put them up with the tract review (e.g.,http://www.irvinehousingblog.com/bl...he-cambria-tract-in-stonegate-residence-one).

Yeah... I would think that these builders would want as much information out there as possible... especially on TI... The premiere place to Talk Irvine.

Anyone know what phase is spring house selling and how much are the price ? Last time I checked with the builder that they said its all sold out as of nov 1.

They said they already have a buyer for each specific home with waiting lists per lot. They said they didn't do it like the other builders but will release the lots to people on the waiting list.
