Great review.
I believe you have some of the photos mixed up:
The exterior for Plan 2 is the Plan 3.
The Master Bath and closet for the Plan 2 is also from the Plan 3.
The upstairs game room photo for the Plan 2 is also the Plan 3.
While the downstairs master will appeal to families with older parents and older kids, it doesn't work for parents with younger kids, which I think is affecting the sales (as they have quick move-ins).
If I were Pulte, since there is space, I would have made it dual Master and put another upstairs for Plan 2 and Plan 3.
