Ideas for a sloped yard?

A good portion of my yard is sloped (maybe 45 degrees), I recently hired some people to clear it due to overgrowth.  Now I don't know what to do with it.  Stadium seating?  Infinity pool?  Any ideas or recommendations on contractors appreciated.

Got the feng shui covered...prayed extra hard to the leprechaun king and Tom cruise and bargained with the feng shui messiah to sacrifice 4 goats on April 4th every 4 years to extinguish the "bad" slope. 

Not sure if I can put in a retaining wall, pretty far below street level... Might get really expensive... And if someone drives over it it would be a plummet.. Rather not have someone die in my yard if some bonehead can't stay on the street.  I'm sure you can relate..

Basketball court on pylons?

Thought about that, or maybe a giant skee ball?  Or maybe a bunch of steps to do my rocky balboa?
