Does anyone think they will get this price? Seems a bit high

YOU'RE KIDDING ME HAHA. I doubt anybody will rent that for 5,000 a month, unless it is a wealthy person/family that wants to live next to the spectrum with over-the-top luxury. Hmm...you never know.

I saw that also and thought that is way too much. I guess you're paying for top appliances and that wrap around patio/deck. Still too much!

I wouldn't be surprised if they rent it. People who are in to conspicuous consumption would rather brag about how much they paid rather than concern themselves with getting a good deal.

many of the plaza irvine high rises are asking $5,000 for 1800sf of luxury high rise living, i don't know how successful they are at getting renters at that price point?

Hi... I live at the village and have been here for about 1.5 yrs. That unit has had very little foot traffic and I don't recall seeing anyone or family living in there. Then again, I'm never here during the day time so I may be wrong. My guess its that the unit is a corporate executive suite. Anyways, what they are asking is ridiculous. There are a total of 4 complexes here. 2 of the complexes are full (Mirador and Cambria), and 2 are not (Serena is about 50% full last I checked, and Del Rey seems to be 80%+ vacant)

have you had any problems with noise in your apartment? I was recently in an apartment in Serena (first floor) and I could hear water coming down the pipes, the neighbor upstairs walking, and their tv... muffled, but I could still hear it...

I've only ever rented rooms from houses while in Irvine, is this normal for IAC apartments?

That's normal for any multifamily project that was not planned on being converted to a condo. The floor, wall, and ceiling assemblies are minimal. Sound mitigation materials are there, but only up to code. Also, just a fact of multifamily living. When you share a wall, your gonna hear noise.
