Not bad but still looking for that perfect bowl to replace Trieu Chau's. The rice noodles here are decent and more al dente than Trieu Chau's but the broth is no where as close... They put dried shrimp in the stock.. instead of dried squid... No wait so that's a plus and semi-clean.. at least you get disposable chopsticks versus the pray-to-god-its-clean washed over and over again sticks at Trieu Chau.
If you thought parking is bad at Ranch 99 in Irvine, try parking here on Sunday Morning/Dim Sum times... makes Ranch 99 a cakewalk...People here will block your car in while they run in to the market or Van's..and you'll have to wait till they get back..
We usually combo with a trip to Van's after to make the hassle/trip worth it..
