How's PCH in the mornings?

<p>From Dana Point to Newport Beach, would PCH be better (versus 5 and 405 to Jamboree) in the mornings?</p>

<p>For speed - you gotta pay the big bucks and pony up for the toll road!</p>

<p>For scenery - no doubt, it's PCH.</p>

<p>You will hate the 405 route.</p>
