Hi all,

I would like to know how to find month-to-month apartment/condo lease in Irvine. Most apartments in Irvine offer 6-month or 9-month lease. If I ask them for month-to-month lease, then they ask me to pay the rent plus extra 250 dollars/each month. That is too much and ridiculous. I like to stay with month-to-month lease, so I can buy house anytime I want without worrying about breaking the lease.

Hi Irvine Renter,

Last year, you said you can find month-to-month condo lease around 1.17$/sq foot. How do you find it? The rent in most places in Irvine are about 2$/sq foot.

Thank you for all your advices,

IAC will do a Month to Month. But it will be $ 2.00 a Foot

and more. They have plenty of vacancies at least in my complex.

And if you don't want to do an IAC, there are lots of places you can find that are MtoM. Just need to look up things like Craigslist, the Penny Saver, etc. But you do have to be cautious about renting from a private owner.
