How many people are living at an IAC property?

I'm thinking about leasing at one of there properties. I've been hearing good things about Turtle Rock Canyon up in the hills. They have a 2 bedroom low income unit for only $1673. And a 1 bedroom for $1487. It comes with a washer/dryer and your own garage! Should I do it?

You can get a better deal. My sister got a 750 sq one bedroom at the Village for 1350 and that was 6 months ago. So you never know how low they will go.

I'm in the same boat. Living by myself but in a shared house (and its benefits), was planning to jump into a home purchase. Guess not =D

Looking on rental-living.com for a mid/upscale 1br.... prices seem pretty high (I pay <$1k right now). Are they fairly accurate in terms of the pricing and/or special offers?

About ready to put my business on autopilot, live 3 weeks a month overseas, 1 week here, in a hotel :)

I checked out a few communities recently and found the rental-living.com advertised specials were quite accurate.
