Are there any ways I can access to foreclosure properties without subscribing any websites? Let's say this is the only way..then how can I proceed to actual purchase process after I find the interesting properties on the web? Should I contact my agent with the info or what? Usually, foreclosure properties or bank-owned properties are not shown on the web? Do they generally go to the auction directly without being posted on MLS?

Most bank websites have a new link to the properties they own that are now for sale... they have the price and address, most even have pics...

Here is a list of banks and their REO websites. Also check the foreclosure thread. People who pay, are paying too much, when the info costs €0. If you find one you like, then call the loss mit dept., and get the manager, then be a hard ass, and get the home for the price you want to pay. No offense to the agents here, but you don't need one. And, then get them to do your loan below retail rates. Remember though, I'm just a nutter and I don't know what I am talking about. Does ghost insurance include Indians?
