There are many members here who are looking at properties outside of Irvine, and many have asked if I would keep them updated. Well, for those who are looking in Costa Mesa, HB, Aliso, Coto, etc., I will post some of the more "prime" properties of OC that get foreclosed on here.
To start things off, yesterday <a href="http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/111-15th-St/25110250_zpid">111 15TH STREET in 92648</a> went back to the bank for $909.5k, and it last sold in 2004 for $1.3mil.
How about Yorba Linda and <a href="http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/18291-Timberlane-Dr/25389610_zpid">18291 TIMBERLANE DR</a>, which someone picked up for $621k and a penny, and it sold for $830k in 2004.
Jimmy told me that there were no foreclosures in CDM and prices were going up. Oops, <a href="http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1011-Bonnie-Doone-Ter/25138490_zpid">1011 Bonnie Doone Terrace</a> went back to the bank for $600k. Me thinks that was just the second lien because it sold for $2mil in early 2005.
Today we saw <a href="http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/9091-Bobbie-Cir/25269431_zpid">9091 BOBBIE CIRCLE</a> in 92646 go back to the bank for $585k, and it sold for $745k in 2004.
Can't forget South County, <a href="http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/25922-Prairestone-Dr/25547466_zpid">25922 PRAIRESTONE DR</a> went back to the bank for $900k.
I am sure I will have plenty more to come, and I will take requests.
