I am not surprised at all. In Santa Ana the green signs in front of the weed stores are all over town. Irvine just know how to hide them well just like hiding a lot of other things.

Who would of thought - one of the safest city would also be top 10 for the highest city. ;)
 
Irvine is also in top ten in hiring hookers. I bet you did not know that either.

It is very easy to explain why Irvine is not tied with Santa Ana. The majority of potheads from Santa Ana, Qwerty's relatives, also were a part the daytime survey samples in Irvine. They are smoking pot on the job building your homes and that accounts for why there are construction defects.
