New listing on Redfin has this short sale (needs bank approval, of course) at $239/sq ft.

Asking price = $750,000 (-19%), 3140 sq ft, SFR

2006 price = $925,000

Enjoy

refin said this is in Tustin Field...but the zip code is not Tustin Field.

That house is in the older section of Northwood, built in 1978, backing to Bryan street.

The price reductions on some of the homes are starting to look pretty promising........there seem to be lots of SFR that are in the $320 - $350 PSF.

It will be really interesting when these homes sell and the numbers start showing up in the local press. The acceleration downward will be dramatic. What absolutely amazes me is that there are still people listing homes with 2005 prices.....how could a home owner be this clueless ?
