Capistrano in SGE or San Mateo in SG, which one is a better choice?

Capistrano is attached home, San Mateo is smaller but SFH.. And is SG better community than SGE?

Any comment is weclome!

Personally, I would go with detached in a larger neighborhood.

I walked the Capistrano model homes and I really don't like the paired aspect of it. And if you have kids, being closer to Stonegate Elem is a plus.

I like the Capistrano floorplan 3, but the same plan is much more expensive in SG. Don't know when San Mateo model home will be available for visiting.

If you can, wait until the San Mateo models are open (sometime this month) and exact pricing is published... then you will really be able to compare apples to apples.

Oh... and drive around Stonegate East and Stonegate to see the difference in location.

Will Capistrano plan 3 with better location be sold out by that time? Don't know whether we should make a deposit on it..

I think SG proper is a much better location than SGE.  SGE and WBE are too close to the 133.

+1. Anyone thinking of SGE should wait for SG. Simply a better location, away from the 133.
