Harpers are the smallest detached products in BP.  Location wise they are dead center BP, right next to the park.  These motorcourt detached condos will be unique in Irvine, maybe too unique.  I don't have phase 1 pricing for these homes, again please share if you got it. 
 
Today's prices:

Plan 1 (1693 sq. ft): $814,990. (Mello - $5112 per year).
Plan 2 (1941 sq. ft): Temporarily sold out. (Mello - $5328 per year).
Plan 3 (2019 sq. ft): $809,990. (Mello - $6041 per year).

HOA: $141-216 per month.

Not sure why Plan 3 is cheaper than Plan 1, but probably the location in that Phase.  Appears to be in Phase 2 now.

Could be that those homes don't have driveways.
 
This Plan 1 has a driveway and site premium with no one in front.  Very high price per square ft considering comparables in BP.  But I guess a courtyard home in Primrose is $767k!
