Just got home from a lovely evening with Graph, Vicstah, Mrs. Vicstah and some other mutual friends. Luckily the establishment we were at didn't catch me with my flask. :-)
 
Woo hoo! Happy New Year everyone. Had a great time with Cayci, Vicstah and Mrs. Vicstah, as well as another couple who look at us like we are nutters when we talk about IHB. Oh... you really should have seen their faces when we talked about Panda... good times I tell you, good times. We did make a toast to Cayci or Vic not buying a house in the last 3 years. Luckily for me, Vicstah loves my foreclosure stats.



Now... if you will excuse me...
 
I just got home from work. Had a wonderful 12:00 listening to automatic (and some semi thrown in for good measure) gunfire echo off the hills of the North Valley....good times I tell you.

Coto was quiet. I was asleep at 12:00, the same as the last twenty five years. If there were any parties in Coto, they were probably over by 10:00pm. :long:

Yes, we had a lovely evening with Graph and Cayci. Yes, our friends did think that we are nutters talking about IHB people. IHB has been a great resource for us over the last 2+ years, and we are grateful to learn so much and met all these wonderful and snarky people (even Peter).



Here are my predictions for 2009:

1. I will hit more home runs than IR2

2. LendingMaestro will finally catch a fly ball

3. Someone else will be buying coffee on the bike rides

4. I will not buy a house until Graph and IR say its safe. :)
