It's located in Crystal Court across from the main mall... convenient for children/strollers, right next to elevator and they have "outdoor" seating so you don't have to worry about your kids being noisy. Also has booth seating so ADHD kids can walk around the booths if they can't sit still. And best of all, the food is pretty good..pricy but worth it..
Kirin Draft, fresh beer supposedly brewed locally here by Budweiser?
Fried shiitake mushroom with burdock root shreds, fresh dipping cream sauce with truffle oil
House side salad with ginger dressing, raspberries, and candied cashews? walnuts?
Miso soup (chopped mushrooms, nice touch)
Hamamori bento (teriyaki beef, spicy tuna roll, bread? crumb asparagus, sunomono, and some seaweed thing)
Executive sushi (toro topped with uni at the very end, forgot what the others were)
Quality is really evident in their prep. I enjoyed the beef, not sure what cut it is, didn't see any fat, maybe tenderloin? It was roasted all around and very beefy... My wife got the raw stuff...she said the toro and uni was the best... and the rest was good as well.. I think the unagi had some foie gras on it. The best part of the meal was the fried shiitake mushrooms.. the dipping cream sauce is tasty.. you can add truffle oil to anything and make it taste good.
