Grey Box in front of the house. What is that? Any idea?

Do any one have any idea about this grey box? Is it an electrical or cable box? I saw this in front side of the house in one of the property that I checked.

Could be either... or even telephone. I think if you inspect it, there should be some identifier to tell you more.

Looks like the Cox Cable boxes we have in our neighborhood.

I have one in my yard.  Cox cable box for you and the several neighbors around you.  Since it is in your yard, you will get the strongest, cleanest signal for your cable modem!
