Oh, great.. another 15000 people in my neighborhood and probably no infrastructure (streets) to support it. Even more traffic on the 5. What more can I ask for except we will be like Los Angeles in 10 years. We keep building even though the economy sucks and there isn't as much demand. How stupid are these builders. Gonna lower home prices around me too.
