Great Park: Lennar - Beachwood

Model home pics from Lennar Homes' Beachwood at Pavilion Park. Plans 1, 2 and 3, in order, I think. Plan 2 I'm quite unsure about. It's within the homes from Beachwood, but it doesn't quite look like the Plan 2 (at least from the floorplans). Sorry if I'm wrong on this.

Good eye. I think there were 2 sets of homes I couldn't get to because it was getting quite dark (darker than it seems in the pictures), and that was one of them.

I like that single-story home. I hope they lower the price so I can get one for my mother to live in!

What happened to single-story Plan 1's price? I don't think it's reached Phase 10 yet???

I drive by this lot almost every night and wonder who (if anyone) will ever buy that place.  Bright headlights are shining right into the front of the house all the way down Prospect.

They should've just shifted the location 30ft so that the garage points down the street but not the entrance and the front room windows.

The other lots on that side of the street up Cloudbreak though are really prime, elevated above community pool and nobody behind you.  I would assume those are sold.
