I just got back on a movie date with my wife and i have to say this movie was really really good. Y'all need to go see it this weekend! Good night everyone.

I'm going back to my cave to hibernate.

I guess no_vas doesn't realize that those of us with children rarely ever see a movie in a theater. I think the last thing I saw in a theater was Shrek. I actually don't really watch entire movies at home either, I fall asleep instead %-P.

Please tell me then, that all of you who would rather stay at home and spend a lot of time on the intarwebs, know that you can download the movies for free. I would much rather watch the movie on the 52" LCD, with surround sound, on the comfy couch to snuggle, than deal with the cost of a movie in their uncomfortable and awkwardly anti-snuggle seats. That, and I can pause the movie when I need to pee, a very helpful thing for those with children or SOs with abnormally small bladders. Plus, it is mandatory to have a martini with a Bond flick. Something you will never get in a theater.

I saw it yesterday and it was very interesting. It is unique for sure. Awesome photography.

As far as a movie experience goes I got to sit next to a very fat lady who noisily consumed two bags of popcorn and slurped up the biggest Coke I have ever seen then tried to suck the bottom out of the container. There might be a reason she was huge.

I enjoy the sound system and large screen but my sofa is the best environment.

Up early today to do a Jeep trip to the headwaters of the Verde River to get a nature fix to recover from the reality of the 3rd world scenes in yesterdays film.

enjoy!

Some of us don't steal.

I paid to watch it in the theaters and now I've just downloaded it on my laptop.

That way I don't feel guilty since I already contributed to the gross of this film.

I would suggest those with children NOT see Slumdog Millionare, theater or otherwise. This is not a kids movie.

That's why my repertoire of recent movies seen includes Monsters, Willy Wonka, Cars and Shrek.

But you are encouraging those who make it available for download, illegally. Plus you will be less likely to get the DVD when it comes out. Thus, it is still a kind of theft.

If you want people to create things, you need to give them your money or they won't be able to afford to continue. Encouraging others to steal is just as bad as stealing.

Not just that, but the legal way to own a personal copy of a movie you have seen in a theater is to buy it on DVD. I own a lot of movies that I have seen in the theater, and every single one of them is legal.
