GPN Rancid Smell from R&S Soil Products

Hi, I live in GPN (Solis Park) and noticed that there is a rancid manure smell coming from the R&S Soil Products company right off of Irvine Blvd. I'm pretty sure there are health concerns related to breathing that stuff in everyday. What I'm most concerned about are the kids in Solis Park K-8 that are exposed to it daily. What is the best legal route to take to get them to relocate? TIA

You don't need a lawyer to tell your kids to play somewhere else. But you might need one to show you where you signed the purchase documents that disclosed the presence of R&S Soil Products.
