Google Fiber more likely in newer villages?

I was wondering, does anyone know if newer villages are more likely to get google fiber first? Since they're being built out, I'm thinking they may also be running the needed lines in preparation for places like Eastwood or beacon park. It would be nice to know prior to buying.

Yup, at least in Petaluma I know they've prepped in anticipation for this. There is a conduit built into the house to run google fiber from the source to your Jbox.

Do you know if Eastwood has Google Fiber's cable already buried under the street and equipment box placed?

If Eastwood or other newer community are Goggle Fiber ready, they should already have cable buried under the street and have equipment box installed similar to how Cox Cable's setup.

there was this piece on this just recently. I'd imagine TIC will be doing it for all future village too, since it sounds like eastwood has it
