Don't worry about it and welcome to the forums. It's nice that you thought it would be good info and it is. Even <a href="http://lansner.freedomblogging.com/2007/10/28/are-california-home-prices-40-too-high/">Lansner at the OCR</a> thought it was good stuff.
So by your name am I wrong to assume you are in the mortgage biz? If so it would be great if we had another poster with on the ground info. Mine is a bit detached but I still get some info and we have a few others like lendingmaestro who give is the inside scoop. The more info the better.
