Hi everyone, can you take the 133 S from Irvine Blvd to the 5 and 405 without paying?  As opposed to going down Sand Canyon to the 5 or 405.

And vice versa. Coming from Irvine Spectrum to the 133 N and get off Irvine to Woodbury or Portola Springs without paying.  Where does the toll actually start?

It starts as soon as you go North on the 133 from the 5 freeway.  I believe it costs $.75 if you get off on Irvine Blvd.

Yes, I believe so.  It might be only $.50 if you have the FastTrack transponder. 
 
you can take the 133 between the 5 and 405 without paying. And Bones is correct about the toll rates.
