One of my buyers will be closing on a mid-century single-story home over in Long Beach and they are planning on doing some renovations and expand the side of the home (including getting permits for the unpermitted additions). One of their friends is an architect who will provide detailed plans but they would like to get some general contractor referrals to get bids from. Does anyone have any good referrals?
