Future Enclaves in PS?

Is there any information on the future proposed enclaves of Portola Springs?  I like Las Ventanas price points, but too close to the freeways will be bad for resale.  Any idea what the future enclaves will be released?

Is there any other way out of PS other than Portola Springs Parkway?  There is Modjeska but not sure if that cuts south.

How do I find out at what points of the 133 toll road you have to pay? For example, if I get on the 133 south from Portola Springs Pkwy to the 5 freeway, do I have to pay?

I agree with bones.... until they finish out the existing projects in PS, they probably won't start on new ones there.

I even think Cypress Village homes won't really "start" until TIC gauges the demand at Stonegate and Altura (hence no mention of it in the "Irvine Pacific Collection" announcement).

What if you take Portola Pkway all the way to the 261 south to the 5 freeway.  Do you get charged for that short use of the 261?

There is no direct connection between the 261 and I5 (unlike the 133 & I5 junction). Your closest exit off the 261 South to near the I5 would be Walnut and yes you would pay a toll.

What are the remaining enclaves of PS?  I was under the impression that Lambert Ranch (not owned by TIC) is the only enclave left?

The more I see this map, the more I think Las Ventanas, located next to the toll, is a bad location.  But the future enclaves wont happen until after Stonegate and Laguna Altura finish.  That could be in 2013-2014.

That was really weird--my post earlier today with the master plan image for PS disappeared?

Oh well here is a repost of the image:
