Check your PM. I found you some better eats. Beef tongue, Tamarindo, Horchata, goat, you name it. I'll be going in the next 2 weeks, will let you know if it's good. (Although I will probably skip those and get the "white girl food".)
 
Btw, Qwerty. I've been meaning to tell you. I can cook enchiladas like I just darted past border patrol. They are that good.

If you or the missus wants to make it, I recommend starting with the minimum amount of seasoning called for & increasing from there. (I don't yet know how it works with corn tortillas.)

the minimum amount of seasoning? what am i white? :-) ill make sure my wife doubles the seasoning.
