Finishing Stonegate?

Does anyone know what else will be built in Stonegate to finish the village?

There is still plenty of land in the corner area closest to Jeffrey and Portola Parkway between the JOST and the Arcadia development. I havent been able to find anything about it...
 
They will most likely be used as land for large homes. The apartments are on the southern edge of Stonegate, the detached condos are in the middle, and the single-family homes are closer to the northern side of Stonegate. Unless they are really cheap and make them more detached condos (such as a clone to San Mateo), I expect homes at the size of Sausalito or larger.
