for a decent (i.e. known in the newspapers/neighborhood) one, expect to spend $300...then again, this is what my father paid about 10 years ago, methinks prices should have gone up!

Gosh, I don't think you'd find a single practicioner either in Miami or Brevard. I skimmed a book once and I didn't see anything different from what you'd call "Good Design".
