Failed Condo Flipper in Quail Hill?

<p>I saw this 1803 sq ft / 3Bed+2.5Baths last April. The wish price at that time was 1M for a CONDO!!! I kept on tracking this flipper and got the following results:</p>

<p>Price reduced to $940,000 in 05/2006</p>

<p>Price reduced to $899,000 in 06/2006</p>

<p>DOM: 147 days, then Off market on 08/12/2006</p>

<p>Back to the market on 01/31/2007 for $795,000 wish price</p>

<p>Price reduced to $775,000 now</p>

<p>Can anyone figure out how much $ does this flipper WISH to make now? </p>

<p>Good job on keeping track of that. I'm priced out of OC real estate for a while so this stuff is good news.</p>
 
Their total assessed value (near purchase price) is $559,463.00, so I assume the did not buy in the last year or two. That $450,000 profit would have been sweet.
