Has anyone signed up for this service yet as an alternative to Cox? I'm frankly disappointed with the cost/value from Cox, and the AT&T;package is looking pretty good, especially for the additional HD channels that come with the regular packages.

I've read on a few other sites about problems they had during their initial roll-outs, but I'm hoping to find some more recent experiences. Anyone?

TIA

I looked into it. The TV deal is good, but if you're used to getting TV/Internet/Phone in one bundle, it gets more expensive real fast. Their standard Internet service is slower than DSL, and they don't even offer digital phone service...you have to pay up the wazoo for an old-fashioned copper-line phone, because AT&T;is a phone company first & formost.

If you just need TV, you might want to check it out, but I found Cox was alot cheaper when you add in high-speed Internet and digital phone.

Just my 2 cents. YMMV.

Totally agree, Jumpcut. I recently priced it out, and Cox was the best all around deal. Yea, their HD line up is not as extense, but the best value, none the less. I had ATT's DSL, but when they raised the price, I started shopping. I actually find Cox's high speed internet to be, well, faster. And Cox's phone rates are much better.
