I know he is THE man of the board when it comes to lending, and has already racked up enough praise, but I will add one more to the pile anyway..
We refinanced with Metlife a few days ago. He got us a very good rate, a good appraiser, and surprise-surprise, no fine print!
We went for a 10 YR ARM at 3.5 (Old one was a 4.875 30 YR fixed). He locked the rate, and kept his eyes open for a good 30yr rate, and we closed only when we were ready.
