Hi,

I happened to stop by Helena Sales Office.

This is the phase 14 price sheet.

I am sharing this because someone may need this information.

The downside is it faces the low income mobile home block.  Woodbury does a good job of "buffering" that away by building a jeffrey open space trail and some greenery to block the view.  But Eastwood, no such luck.  Those bedrooms and kids rooms are gonna see real ugly mobile homes and 85 year old grannies with soiled clothes coming out of their trailor.

I've been living in EW for a few months now and have yet to see such a scene lol

That gated Grove mobile home park is no typical low income trailer park, their selling price are between $350k to over half a million dollars.

It's only Avalon and some units of Petulama that are backing up to Irvine. And the Petulama ones that are backing up to Irvine seem to be significantly cheaper than the others..
