Different from the other grand opening. There are 3 different communities. Therefore, two different major shuttle stops. The shuttle goes to Helena, and other stop goes to Belvedere and Piedmont.

The cold noodles and crafts are at Belvedere.
The lemonade and cake pops are at Helena.
Ice coffee at Piedmont.

The giveaway bag has a small sports bag and a cup inside.

There's also a free Bbq sandwich coupon with purchase of large drink from Dickeys bbq in the "giveaway bags."

The crowd is surprisingly thin, especially compared to the 1st grand opening.  Maybe the price point is scaring the FCBs away... $1.3 million for a 2,900 sq ft Mr. Belvedere Strada clone.

The soba noodles were much better than I anticipated.  They jazzed it up a bit than your typical plain noodle and even had chicken in it.  Cake pops were kind of dry.  Minimal lines for all of the food stations.

I saw a lot of traffic at Helena. (Traffic Jam - which means so many people) I guess due to the price point.

Helena reminds me of cambria at stonegate.
