Easter Brunch in the OC!

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
Hello Everyone,

I am running a little late with this but business has kept me on my toes lately.  I am looking for ideas for Easter Brunch!  Generally in the past I've gone to Islands Hotel by Fashion Island or to the St Regis but want to change it up this year.

Anyone have any great Easter Brunch suggestions?

We ended up here:

Not in OC but pretty close.  The mole tots were addictive.  As were the short rib taquitos.  Easy reservations and restaurant was not that busy.  Lots of lucha libre decorations on the wall, nothing like chowing down on Doritos chilaquiles while looking at a poster of a sweaty Mexican wrestler with a girl on his back.  Happy Easter.

We went to Outback Steakhouse. It's one of our favorite places plus they were running a Kids Eat Free promo on Easter which was nice. It was excellent as always. We always attend second service at 11 a.m., or in the case of Easter it was 3rd service, so no time for brunch as it gets late by the time we leave church. I think next year I'll attempt Sunrise Service on the lake then brunch... Man. Don't know how I'll pull that off. It takes me 2 hours to get ready so I'll probably have to sleep in my clothes in the car or stay up all night.  :P Will need coffee made with Red Bull.

Btw, Outback has the best Wedge Salad I've ever had. I love, love, love blue cheese. The stinkier the better. Theirs is really good. They also drizzle balsamic vinegar glaze over it which is over the top, amazing. Oh and did I mention I like it?
