Renewing my Homeowner's insurance for my condo in Westpark, was quoted $312.00 a year for earthquake insurance. is that even worth it?

A lot of condo owners in the Valley took some hefty non association covered damage. I remember one couple who had their pipes burst and flood the place and they were saying that their regular insurance wasn't going to cover it. I'm not sure if that was true or not?

Wow! That sounds too cheap to be true. If the deductible wasn't too outrageous and it was from a reputable company, I would jump on it.
